Can you handle an emergency leak?
Yes — emergency calls take priority over scheduled work. WhatsApp us with the situation and we'll come as soon as we can. If you can shut off the water at the riser, do that first.
Will you find the leak without breaking everything?
Usually yes. We work from the most likely source first and only open up what we have to. For concealed leaks behind tile we'll show you what's needed before any work starts.
Should I repair or replace?
It depends. Cisterns, taps, and water heaters often have cheap repair-able parts. Worn pipes and corroded fittings usually need replacement. We diagnose and quote both options where they exist.
Can you do plumbing for a renovation?
Yes. Hot/cold lines, drain runs, shower mixer pre-install, and post-tile fittings — we handle the full plumbing layer of a bathroom or kitchen reno.
Will you patch up after the work?
Plaster patch-back yes. Tile re-laying we can quote separately or coordinate with a tiler from our family of trades.
What about recurring chokes?
Recurring chokes usually point to a slope/fall issue or a partial pipe collapse. We'll flag that on the first visit so you don't keep paying to clear the same problem.
