A water heater that suddenly runs cold is usually one of three things: thermostat, heating element, or a leaking tank. We diagnose first, replace what's needed, and only quote a full unit replacement when the tank itself is past it.

Questions about water heater installation and repair
Should I repair or replace?
If the tank itself is leaking, replace. If it's the thermostat or element, repair is usually a quarter the cost of a new unit. We'll diagnose first and quote both options.
How long does a water heater last?
Storage heaters typically eight to ten years. Instant heaters often longer if the elements are kept clean. We can extend life by replacing the magnesium anode rod when needed.
Will you remove the old unit?
