Usually yes. We work from the most likely source first and only open up what we have to. For concealed leaks behind tile we'll show you what's needed before any work starts.
Will you patch up after the repair?
Plaster patch-back yes. Tile re-laying we can quote separately or coordinate with a tiler from our family of trades.
What if it's not actually plumbing?
Some 'leaks' turn out to be condensation, waterproofing failure, or roof seepage. If it's not plumbing we'll tell you and point you to the right trade.
