Most basin and sink leaks happen at three places: the tap base, the drain seal, and the trap connection. We replace what's worn, re-seal what's good, and test for leaks before we sign off.

Will my new sink fit the existing cut-out?
Top-mount sinks are standard sizes and usually fit. Undermounts often need the worktop adjusted. Send the model and we'll confirm.
Can you re-seal a basin that's leaking at the rim?
Yes — we strip the old silicone, clean the joint, and re-seal with mould-resistant sanitary silicone.
