Bathroom plumbing for renovation

Hot and cold water lines, drain runs, shower mixers, vanity install, and toilet install — the plumbing layer of a bathroom renovation, done end to end.

Bathroom plumbing has to be right before the tiler arrives. We work from the design, lay the pipework, sleeve through walls, and pressure-test before anything gets covered up. Then we come back to install fittings once the finishes are down.

What we cover

  • Hot and cold water lines from the riser to each fitting
  • Drainage runs from each fitting to the soil stack
  • Shower mixer pre-installation behind tile
  • Vanity and basin install with concealed waste
  • Toilet install (close-coupled, wall-mounted, back-to-wall)
  • Pressure-test before tiling, post-install fitting test

What we use

  • Copper or PPR for water lines
  • PVC or HDPE for drainage
  • Pipe lagging on hot lines
  • Sleeves and waterproofing-compatible pipe penetrations

Common applications

  • HDB bathroom overhauls
  • Condo bathroom redesigns
  • Landed home master bathroom renovations
  • Reinstatement of leased units after fit-out

FAQs

Questions about bathroom plumbing for renovation

Do you coordinate with the tiler and waterproofer?

Yes. The pipework has to be in and pressure-tested before waterproofing, and waterproofing has to be done before tiling. We sequence with the other trades so nothing gets reopened.

Can you handle a single bathroom or only full renos?

Either. We'll quote one bathroom or the whole flat.
